From Concept to Completion

Cook Southland Funeral Chapel Addition and Renovation

Project: Addition and Renovation, Medicine Hat, Alberta

Owners: Rod and Stacey Krushel

Advance Design & Construction is pleased to have been awarded the design/build contract for Cook Southland Funeral Chapel. Encompassing a 1,566 sq. ft. addition and modifications to existing washroom facilities, adding public washrooms and handicap washroom facilities, significantly enhancing the public and private service areas.

Working closely with the nice people at Cook Southland, the work was carefully planned with a view to enhance the comfort and level of services for the benefit of the Chapels clients.

This is our second addition onto the Cook Southland facility which was preceded by the Chapel addition in 2011. The 2011 addition and interior renovation converted an older facility into a modern, functional, and attractive facility.

We would like to compliment Rod, Stacey, and their staff for their focus and pleasant professionalism during the planning stage of the project. Their involvement made it possible for us to perform at optimum, and we look forward to working with them on successive stages of the project.

Construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2019.
